Carnival Events & Rentals
Our carnival themed rentals or event packages will give your guests a feeling they are at the local fair. We offer the following items for rentals and are happy to create a custom package for you including balloon décor and entertainers.

Themed Prop Rentals
We have a wide selection of themed props available to create the perfect motif for your desired effect. We have rental options available for one night or long term. Our design staff is available to create holiday displays for your lobby, residence or holiday party. Our theme options include:

Ceremonial Event Rentals
Our ceremonial rentals are the perfect accent for your next ground breaking, premiere or product launch. We offer the special touches to enhance the background in your photo ops. Our design staff can include confetti and balloon décor services to complement our rental options. Our ceremonial options include:

- Easels
- Carpet Rentals in multiple colors
- Stanchions (velvet rope and retractable)
- Bunting

- Projector screens
Fabric Rentals
We offer a variety of fabric rental options to accent your event or production. Backdrops are available and our design team can create a custom design based on your vision. We also offer a variety of stretch fabric shapes in a rainbow of colors for centerpieces, ceiling or stage décor. Our fabric rentals are inherently flame retardant and a fire certificate can be provided on request.
Inflatable Rentals
Inflatable projection screens, birthday cakes and jumbo-sized beach balls are available to add a fun feature to your next event. Turn an outdoor venue into a red carpet premiere or create a one of a kind presentation for your next corporate function using our inflatable projection screens. Our larger than life beach balls are a unique photo opportunity and our inflatable birthday cakes are a great way to surprise someone on their special day. We offer Air Dancers in a variety of colors to highlight your event entrance or grand opening.
Furniture & Event Essentials
BBE & TCC offers a wide selection of rental furniture, glo cubes, 6’ tables, chairs, dance floors and 10’ x 10’ tents. Contact us for a full listing of options available.
Ice Sculptures
Our artists create a breathtaking works of art adding the perfect touch of elegance to your next event. Let them bring your corporate logo or theme to life. A custom ice sculpture design and dramatic lighting will ‘WOW!’ your guests. We require a 5-day notice and have a 48-hour cancellation policy for orders.
